Koby Funderburg founded Breaking Ground Property Management with a vision of creating a hands-on, operationally focused management company centered around professionalism, accountability, and long-term asset performance.
Gisela Kopper
Regional Manager
Gisela oversees operations across several of our communities in Idaho and Washington, providing leadership, support, and accountability to onsite teams. She works closely with property managers, maintenance staff, vendors, and ownership groups to ensure each property operates efficiently while maintaining high standards of resident service and property appearance.

Amethyst is responsible for overseeing properties throughout Idaho and California, focusing on operational excellence, team development, resident relations, and owner communication. She works proactively with onsite staff to improve occupancy, maintain compliance, and protect the long-term value of every community under her supervision.

Michelle assists with the daily accounting functions of our growing portfolio, including invoice processing, account reconciliations, and financial record maintenance. Working alongside our accounting and operations teams, she helps ensure financial accuracy and provides dependable support that keeps our properties operating efficiently.
