She works closely with property managers, maintenance staff, vendors, and ownership groups to ensure each property operates efficiently while maintaining high standards of resident service and property appearance.
Amethyst LeonardiRegional ManagerAmethyst is responsible for overseeing properties throughout Idaho and California, focusing on operational excellence, team development, resident relations, and owner communication. She works proactively with onsite staff to improve occupancy, maintain compliance, and protect the long-term value of every community under her supervision.

Working alongside our accounting and operations teams, she helps ensure financial accuracy and keeps our properties operating efficiently.
